15-Day Easy Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return / Exchange Period

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. 
  • After15 days, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged on arrival.

2. Eligible Products & Usage Condition

  • The product must be in original condition, including packaging, labels, and protective seals. 
  • At least 90-95% of the product content should be remaining (only minimal usage allowed) if you wish to return or exchange. 
  • Products that are testers, samples, or small travel/test bottles are non-eligible (unless defective) due to hygiene reasons.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If upon delivery the product is damaged, stained, defective, leaking or incomplete, you may return it within 15 days. 
  • In such cases, all shipping & handling costs related to the return will be borne by us.
  • Please retain original packaging and proof (photos, video) of damage to help with processing. 

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, heavily used (more than allowed usage), or missing packaging.
  • Tester / sample bottles (unless proven defective).
  • Custom / personalized orders (if they exist in your line).
  • Sale / discounted items (if your business wants to limit return for such products) — optional rule if you want to include.

5. Return / Exchange Procedure

  • To request a return or exchange, email us at [your business email] or contact via WhatsApp/phone within15 days, providing order number, product(s) you want to return or exchange, reason, and photos if relevant. 
  • Once approved, return the item(s) to our address [your return address] using a traceable courier.
  • You are responsible for the cost of sending the product back unless the issue is our fault (wrong item / defective). 

6. Inspection & Processing Time

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it.
  • Processing time is usually 3-7 working days after receiving the return. 
  • If approved, exchanges are shipped out as soon as possible; refunds are processed to the original payment method.

7. Refunds

  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges (unless order was damaged or wrong).
  • Refund amounts may incur a small restocking or handling fee (if you allow that) if packaging is slightly affected beyond what could happen in transit.
  • The refund will generally be issued within 7-10 business days after approval. 

8. Exchanges

  • You may exchange for the same product (if size / variant) or select another product of equal value.
  • If the replacement is higher value, you pay the difference; if lower, we refund the difference.

9. Changes to Policy

  • We reserve the right to modify this return/exchange policy at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already made.
